Production begins today in Western Australia on the feature film Three Summers, the new ensemble romantic comedy written and directed by Ben Elton.
The first Australian feature film from the internationally renowned writer, director and comedian, Three Summers is a spirited take on the annual festival goers at a regional music festival over three consecutive years. Embracing the diversity of this typically Australian community as it gathers together in a music tent, the film fuses romance and music with Elton’s trademark wit and satirical edge.
