Alexander McCall Smith and Helena Bonham Carter turn to poetry to light up the lockdown

The novelist Alexander McCall Smith and the actress Helena Bonham Carter have both offered to cheer up lockdown-stricken readers of The Sunday Times.
McCall Smith has written a poem, below, in honour of health workers who are risking their lives to help the sick.
